It's just sad how faceit is hypeing up their service so much but nothing really works.
In the last update they said that they fixed the multiaccount/smurf issue but nothing changed. I keep getting those fishy accounts with 150 games on lvl 10 and 400 playing hours. Absolutly destroying me and all of my teammates with an insane gamesense (I guess you all know the perfect timed pushes etc.). If I report them nothing happens. Didnt get my elo back for once.
Maybe I'm wrong but I feel like it's getting worse and worse with those kids.
Only thing that is really working is their detection of verbal abuse ot toxicity.
Imo they are really lucky that their is no real free alternative to their service and that all the pros play fpl.
Their playerbase is huge and it feels like they give a damn about the majority. I know that implementing such things takes time but if you "brag" about it that much, it should be working much faster.
It is like in every other situation: If you talk too much but never change something, people will leave.

It is the worst platform! They write about their new amazing update that will ban smurfs and focus on boosting and smurfs! But what do you get in every single match!?!? Yes, smurfs and boosters! GG faceit! You managed to f u * k up everything!

I've never felt so much toxicity on a platform before.
It's sad how such a technically balanced and safe-haven from cheaters is such hell for beginners.
If you are not playing really well although doing your best, you will be insulted, verbally abused and deducted.
Even if I will reach Global Elite Rank and I will play on a professional level, I am not coming back to such an environment, especially solo.
Despite being not Cheater proof, I'd rather stick to Steam servers and matchmaking, at least it's bearable toxicity-wise.

you cant even disable your account properly if you don't want to play on facit anymore ?
Everyone there is toxic and racist.
I have the highest ping when I play on their servers.

Do not play this at all, 50/50 enforcement AC and smurfing and the platform is toxic and crap.

6 year old acc I cant get back. I was 11 when putting the ''info'' on the account. I have another account from 2014 exactly 1 day after the account im trying to recover was lost, Same name same picture same friends. But still
We cant help you. Even with all proof they know its my acc and I the mail is lost.. I was 11 at the time.. They give me a hint of the mail I know the mail I just cant get it back because its long gone on a now thrown away MAC i bought in like 2013..
The support is so bad.. The experience seems kinda nice actually but a site without support is the worst thing ever so disapointed in this service.
Esportal is so much better answers in less than 10minutes everytime..
Faceit takes 2 days for them to send an automatic message saying some b*llcrap like No sorry these details is not right.. Happy Holidays and some weird ass emoji like i give a f*c.?
All proof in the world the mail is mine and still they dont seem to care at all its so sad.. Especially this Jimbo kid from support is a real douche just likes to see people mad.

Worst website ever. Do yourself a favor and use ANY other matchmaking website than this. Can't verify my phone number so I can't play, can't connect my steam account because of game registration requirements are bugged, can't get help over email or phone eventhough the problem has persisted over a 2 weeks.
A quick tip to Faceit: If you want to provide a MM service to a gaming community, maybe you should make sure it works first.

Not a great experience. First game 1 person was intentionally blocking team members and throwing. His excuse he is banned from MM for toxic behaviour? when asked why he's doing it his response was because he hates Russians and faceit will never ban him he's been doing it for about a year not to have a laugh. To that end the system for reporting does not work so it seems. Next there's no region selection. Don't know how its possible but from all the games i have played there it seems to be you never get a English speaking player then when you ask kindly to speak English you get heckled :D not faceits fault on that part but still not really something as a user of there system wants to deal with maybe implement a better matching system with regions closer to each other. Its safe to say i will not be using the system no longer and its a shame because it is a good idea but hard to develop when the players are so toxic on faceit compared to other platforms.
